- From Interstate 89 south take exit 9 in Middlesex and follow Route 100B south to Moretown village. (7 miles)
Shambhala Meditation Center,
Montpelier, Vermont
The Shambhala Meditation Center is located at 64 Main Street, above “One More Time” consignment shop, (previously Brook’s Pharmacy) on the third floor.
- Take exit 8 off I-89 into Montpelier.
